You should be given a Token number by the relevant school in which your child/ ward is enrolled in order to purchase products from our website.

You agree to keep the Token number confidential and safe at all times and shall not disclose or caused to be disclosed the Token number to any other third parties in any method or form.

Our Services may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be accurate, complete, and/or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and/or omissions and to change, modify and/or update any information at any time without prior notice.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

We will only accept exchanges or returns of products if the products are returned and received by us in the following manner:

within fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of the product;

whereby the reason for the return was due to our internal error for example if the wrong product was delivered to you, or if the product was defective; and

all products are returned unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, must be in the same state as how you have received them (original condition), and must be returned with the original tag and packaging intact and undamaged.

Returned products received by us which do not meet the conditions in clause 9a. will not qualify for an exchange or a refund and we will not return the said product to you unless requested by you, and at your own cost.

You agree to bear all costs of returning any product to us for any reason whatsoever.

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your returned package or products handled by courier or logistic companies selected by you for the returns.

We do not take title to returned products, until the said product(s) arrives at our warehouse and provided always that the products satisfies the conditions set out in clause 9a above.

Risk of Loss
You agree and acknowledge that the risk of loss and title for all products purchased through our website passes to you or to our third party carrier or logistics provider upon our delivery of the said products to our third party carrier or logistics provider.
Our Contract with you

When you place an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail with a tracking code confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute our acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to further acceptance by us, and a contract between us and you for your order will only be formed when we accept your order.

Your order is accepted when it has been shipped out by us and we have accepted payment from you. In the event we do not accept your order but have accepted payment from you, we will arrange for the refund of the payment to you. We do not provide any notifications or updates on your order, and it is your sole responsibility to track your order.
Payment
We will hold your payment card information for standard pre-authorisation and verification checks on your account and/or payment card information to determine if there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Once the relevant checks and verifications are completed, we will dispatch the products to you. We will debit your payment card once we accept your order.

Outages

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any issues relating to the designs, colour, cutting, fitting, material, and/or quality of the products.
