
Exchanges and returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of Customer’s receipt of the parcel for the following reasons:
Wrong design; or
Wrong size
Notwithstanding the above, the returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, must be in the same state as how you have received them (original condition), and must come with the original tag and packaging.
We will not accept returns if the tags have been removed and/or are damaged. Products which are damaged and no longer in its original state also will not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

Generally, we estimate that it may take around 10 – 14 business days for us to arrange for the re-delivery or refund to you, provided that the returned products are received by us in its original condition.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX).

Our products will be shipped using DHL, J&T or Pos-Laju depending on the delivery address.
Yes. You can collect the School Uniforms from the School once the tracking system shows that the School Uniforms have been delivered to the School.
Yes. You can do so by emailing us at instox.management@gmail.com. However, as we aim to package and ship our products quickly, we will not be able to amend your order once it has been processed by our warehouse personnel.
